Ouh my god. I Love this store. Specifically worked with the sweetest staff I could have imagined. They literally worked with me diligently for over an hour to try to get my package sent internationally and went above and beyond Jana and JP are phenomenal and darling! I live 30 min away and the trip is worth it the next time I have any shipping needs. If you read this and visit, please send them my love 💗

The people at the UPS store at 12081 W Alameda Pkwy are always extremely helpful. Whenever I bring in an Amazon return, need something fragile shipped, or even just need some copies they are always very helpful and make the process easy. They take great care with their packaging as well and I always go to this location when I need something shipped out because I know it will make it to its destination!

With all the problems that the U.S. has faced this year with shipping, fuel, delays etc. It’s nice to find a place that takes care of you. Deborah has been a life saver for me. She treats me as a person, and gives me the attention as if I was the last person on earth. The staff is great and they make each other look good.

The employees at this location are great. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and they give great service. I tried out the private mailbox service for a few months since my apartment's package delivery service was really bad at the time, and was really happy with the experience I had with this UPS store.

There is an older lady that works here during the day. She finds the time and energy to offend me every single time. The first time I came in, she questioned why I was at their store because I should be in school. I had to tell her that I am 31 years old. Today, she decided to be rude with me again. She also thought it was appropriate to tell me that the item I was shipping off looked very used and dirty. I don't appreciate this lack of customer service and will be asking to deal with someone else every single time.
